Did you ever, for the life of you, suspect I would not only do one sleep mask review but two!?
Well, here I am with a second. This time around it’s a sleep mask from a different brand.
The Amazker mask is different from my first. It has its pluses and its minuses. I will try to be as detailed as possible with the characteristics.
I’ll start with the pluses. The eyecups are contoured. This is a completely different feel compared to others I have tried. The mask doesn’t press against your eyes it encompasses them. At first, this felt weird to me but it truly is better as your eyes can breathe and feel less tight and in my case sweaty. Next on the list is the high nose piece. My nose isn’t huge but it’s hard to find things that fit comfortably on it. This higher arch actually sits well. The band is actually velcro, a completely different direction. A lot easier to adjust in my own opinion, peel, line up, stick. No finicky band to mess with. I will put this here, but it came with a free pair of earplugs. They want you to really enjoy your sleep, with complete silence to go with the darkness. Earplugs for me are a complete hit or miss with the smaller ear passages I have, so ill be honest, didn’t even bother to try on.
The cons. To be honest, there’s not very many. The major one is the feel. Yes, it’s comfortable, but it’s not silky another, which I kind of enjoyed the last one. It’s also a tad heavier, but that’s not a huge deal because of the way it shapes your face.
Overall I give it an 8.5 out of 10 and it’s highly recommended.
